We will advise on the use of Voice Over IP (VOIP) and any potential pitfalls. It is not always the case that cost savings can be made using these systems at present (especially for home users) – but there may still be real advantages and cost savings in use of VOIP in a business enviroment. In addition security issues may also need to be addressed. In some cases it is possible to do without the expense of a conventional PBX. It is also possible to use existing PBXs and telephone systems and integrate VOIP into these systems, or to purchase modern PBXs with VOIP capabilities.
We will give you advice on VOIP and its use (but do charge for this service) and can also arrange supply of ADSL, SADSL (as a prerequisite for VOIP). We can also arrange for the supply of PBXs with VOIP capabilities or suggest ways of being able to use VOIP using your existing PBXs. We will give advice on SIP based VOIP, and other systems.
